Chef Woo

Chef Woo’s passion for cooking started at an early age, cooking alongside his mother in South Korea. His dream of becoming a professional chef led him to attend the French Culinary Institute (FCI) in New York City. 

His dedication and skill set, gave him the opportunity to work in world-renowned restaurants for over six years. These restaurants include: Jean-Georges, Daniel, and Morimoto in New York City.

Moving to New Jersey with his family allowed him to obtain the position as executive chef at Prime and Beyond, Fort Lee. Being that it is an upscale steakhouse, it established him a strong following with rave reviews.

Chef Carlos Areiza

Being apart of his family’s restaurant at a very young age, Chef Carlos had an eagerness to learn more about finer cooking techniques. He attended French culinary school in Colombia where he gained the knowledge he needed to elevate his cuisine.

Chef Carlos worked with Chef Woosung for many years starting at Prime and Beyond and is now apart of Bloom. Creating fresh and new seasonal menus for Bloom while consistently making every menu better than before.
